IKINDI Announces 1st Data Integration Product 'Adaptor' for Bloomberg PORT - Streamlining & Automating Performance Risk & Attribution Systems (PRAS) for Asset Managers

The IKINDI new category-making enterprise data integration product is critically timed for asset managers migrating from the sun-setting Barclays POINT to Bloomberg PORT and/or other POINT alternative/s.

"IKINDI's PRAS data integration adaptor for Bloomberg PORT is part of our product roadmap, which already supports Barclays POINT, to create out-of-the-box adaptors to support multiple PRA systems (e.g., Blackrock Aladdin, FactSet, UBS Delta) where the client can select their specific PRAS data integration product(s)," says IKINDI CEO Fouad Habboub.

"This is a new category-making product breakthrough on the highly manual, error-prone approaches that are costly to maintain, difficult to leverage and impossible to scale for a dynamic business environment. For the first time asset management companies will have the option to buy vs. build PRA enterprise data integration. The operational risk of building becomes even more pronounced in light of a key system being sunset as, invariably, investment in that software maintenance diminishes over time creating more opportunity for manual errors."

Further, "IKINDI's PRA adaptors provide scalable operational automation in the cloud, reducing operational risk and costs and freeing up resources for Asset Management's high value initiatives," says Fouad.

In the context of the impending sunset of Barclays POINT, IKINDI is working with clients applying its 5-step process for evaluating and validating PORT and/or alternative systems before migration. This includes a sandbox pilot to test and reconcile the models of alternative systems with real client data, historical data migration and automated data mapping.

This is all done with expert IKINDI 'pit stop' (middle office) support along an intelligent investment data highway through the transition. The Middle Office is empowered in the process and leaving the company with an integrated reconciliation capability and a global enterprise reporting framework to further scale their business post migration.

Increased asset classes and PRAS are in the roadmap. Contact IKINDI to Register for a Briefing & Demo.
